City of Chicago, Dept of Revenue Fraudulent Parking Ticket Issued for an Address That Does Not Exist Chicago Illinois

 I have been fighting a parking ticket since 6-26-09.  The ticket was issued for violation of "Residential Permit Parking".  First of all, I was not even parked on the street that the ticket was issued on. Secondly, the address that the ticket was written for, does not even exist.  I sent an appeal to the Dept of Administrative Hearings and they still found me liable, which does not make any sense.  I mailed in documentation from the Cook County Assessor's website to prove that the address did not exist and they are still making me liable.  This is a bogus ticket and I will continue to fight it.  I am now in the process of sending my complaint to Lisa Madigan's office, in hoping that they will take this seriously and prevent and/or stop officers from writing illegal tickets!!!
