stopped in front of courthouse appx 650am to let a friend out to catch bus and to see what time i could park in handicap area iwasnt parked out of my car and was there less than a minute.i heard the sound of a sweeper 3blocks away i immediately moved my auto and went home,about 4 days later i received by mail a sweeper ticket i told my friend who i had just let out less than 4 minutes earlier and he remarked you were gone when the sweeper came thru.i have told the mayor and everyone elsewith the city this same thing even the fact i have an eye witness but they just stall and ignore my plleas for help.i noticed the other day they have trimmed the trees around the sweeper signs the signs say no parking between 4 and 8 on tuesday besides the tree problem and the fact that it was semi darkand the signs are not lite and i was totaly unfamiliar with the area.i was only doing what any prudent person would do trying to read a sign since when is there a law against that.i am diaabled us vet living on a very low fixed income because of this lie i cannot register my car because they added  100 ttheir foul ups dollars to my registration.on top of all this torrance court suspended my license for 6 months on their error in the process of all this i had to movve my auto in the process i was pulled over by long beach police and given a ticket for out of date registration and driving on a suspended license.why must i pay for all of all of their screw ups.a few years back i called 911 because a violent young lady who i was helping came over and tried to steal my cell phone i said no she became loud i asked her to go she wouldnt i very gentely tried to escort her to the door she was combative when i released my right hand from her wrist she bit me dooown to the bone she left i called 911 the officer took a picture of my hand asked me if he got her would i go to court i said yes.minutes later a unit pulls up and i getaken in she said i tried to strangle her with picture wire.after being questioned by a detective i was transported to77th street division the transporting officer was p3 gonzales he said dont worry they will just hold you for 3 days and let yiu go.well that wasnt the truth 3 days later i was charged in court with attempted murder with a heavy bail 3 million dollars i went to court several times and this girl was never there also 3 lapd officers stated the girl had no marks on her the doctors report oonfirmed the same the girl was never crossed examined and both my attorney and the judge coerised me into taking a plea even though they knew it had no merit about all my rights as a us citizen were violaled .i wrote the president about this and filed a fbi report several times latest feb 2012 i have no faith in our system.also about ayear previous i had testified against this young girls mom in long beach court the case peter popkin accused tina sanchez victim he was released due to my testimony tina on several occasions stated i would get a pay back or shot i got a restraing order from san pedro court she ripped it up.i reported to the district attorney who handled that case about the threats by leaving voice mails nothing was done.isnt it odd when i was taken in that the same district attorney was somewhere not to be found.i really believe that the district attorneys office had something to do with my trupped up charges after the transporting officer said i would be released in 3 days. i really think our legal system is so corrupt these people including the judge should be in jail
