The City of Menifee Skate Park at Audie Murphy Ranch used to a great and popular skate park frequented by skaters from all over. That is until they started this stupid membership and monitoring program. Whereas you used to be able to skate freely, now they have these stupid morons saying you need a membership and protective equipment.
This took effect after a councilmember (I think you all should know who it is) kow-towed to the Audie Murphy Ranch homeowners about the so-called disruptive aspects of this skate park. Of course, all of this was falsified. In reality, the morons working there cannot do anything to stop you from skating there. This is a public place where anyone can enter.
The stupid morons are only there to be scape-goated if someone simply walks right past them (as I am sure many have already done) and management needs someone to fix the blame on. Just as you can't be convicted of shoplifting for loading your pockets inside of a store without attempting to walk out, you can't be convicted of trespassing in a public place while it is open simply by doing what it was intended for (skating).
Don't be suckered - the stupid morons working there only have as much power as YOU give them. Walk right past them, skate, you are not doing anything illegal. They can't do anything simply because you didn't do anything - that has to be the best defense of any. If they were smart, the stupid morons working there should just sit there and let anyone and everyone in just like it used to be. At what they probably get paid, that is the absolute maximum they should do.

Hello this is Da Skatir. Everything i said is completely false, I must confess and everything Robert said is true. I, Da Skatir, am a 6 time convicted felon. Every case I confessed to the police and they audio/video recorded it and of course I was convicted. I just can't stop lying like I did here.

They do have the authority to do something if you fail to present your pass or otherwise violate the regulations. As there is a City Ordinance that gives them this authority. City of Menifee Skate Park Ordinance 2014-416.
Perhaps if the rest of your trouble-maker skaters that caused such an issue with the residents were actually respectful the city would not have had to shut the park down and institute all of these regulations. Perhaps you should look at your buddies to complain.
You are from Blue Jay which isn't in Menifee so why are you even trying to use this facility when you aren't a resident of the city?
But your classic line was the one on shoplifting. Many jurisdictions have included the act of concealment in determining charges for Shoplifting. If they can prove intent you can be convicted of Shoplifting in many cases.
But perhaps you aren't really to blame. I mean if you like to skate without protective gear it may just be a case of taking one too many falls to the head.
