In collusion with three cab companies (AAA, ALSTATE, DISCOUNT) and ACE DISPATCH PARKING, THE CITY OF PHOENIX speciously cheated taxi drivers from earning a so-called livable wage for the past ten years at SKY HARBOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Consequently, twenty fearless taxi drivers filed  a complaint (CV2009-038471) against The CITY OF PHOENIX and their former employers  in  the MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA to recorver credit card fees, maintenance / car wash fees, dispatch / lot fees, return trip lost income, passenger scooping lost income, taxi fare coversion to limousine fare lost income, extra taxi lost income and gas allowance lost income.
