Neighborhood parking people, toursist , visitors, motorist are being stalked, attacked, vicimized, targeted, and oppressed by West Hollywood City Parking.
It's a message that says "Stay away" or pay without alternatives for any possible infraction we can drum up.
I got hit for the "Turn you tires to the curb" . An archaic and meaningless excuse of a law to protect city and private property from run-away cars. This law was put on the books so many years ago that cars weren't equiped with first: brake systems that rarely fail and second: automatic transmissions that do not allow movement until manually pulled out of "PARK"
But in the middle of the day when there actually is parking available , what else can they ticket you for ?

I would guess you should obey it, or be "targeted and oppressed" by West Hollywood City Parking.
What IS the Ripoff? Does your car lack power steering and it's tough to turn the wheels to the curb?
