City Tire & Wheel This Company Does Not Give Products they Contract to Supply Sacremento California

I phoned City Tire & Wheel to order a set of wheels & tires. I spoke to Aaron on 9/18 & was told the cost would be $800. He gave me a tele # for Western Union & that I should get a confirmation # when paid & call back. The total cost was $849.00. My purchase was Giovanni Matteo Wheels (size 18 chrome) & Toyo tires.
Two weels later I called & asked for Aaron & was told he no longer worked there. First, let me say that they only give first names & they are very, very rude. I gave my name & enquired about me purchase. I asked to speak with a supervisor was told to speak with Vic or Terry but to call at 3.00 p.m. EST - now I called every day for one week before Terry spoke with me about my order. He then told me that my order was for wheels only & I have to pay $700.00 more for tires. I told him I was not told that initally & that was unfair to change the price after I sent my money. He was very rude & ashed me what I wanted to do, I told him that I'll pay the balance COD for my tires. Again, I told him TOYO tires & he said OK.

After a week of so, I called & finally got a tracking # for UPS that my wheels were shipped. I received my wheels on 10/7 after handing over a $700.00 bank check to UPS & when I opened the first box I saw that the tires were $60.00 Sunny Tires. I called City Tire & Wheel & had the most horrible experiences since. Everyone I spoke with wes nasty & rude. Yeaterday (10/9) I finally spoke with Vic (the supervisor) & told him my complaint. He promised to call back after he checked my order with shipping. I gave him both my cell & work #'s & when he didn't return my call after 4 hours, I called again. He told me that my order was complete & that Sunny tires was with that package. I told him that I asked for Toyo tires after I was told that it would cost $700. to be paid COD. He told me Toyo tires are on back order & if I wanted them I would have to pay a difference & plus pay to return the tires & be chared a restocking fee. I said if that was the case I didn't want the wheels anymore. Again he told me that I would have to pay to reship them & pay a fee for returning them.

I paid City Tire & Wheel $1,500.00 & did not get my requested purchase. Thay are dishonest. I think they deal with Bank Checks because its hard to get a refund or stop payment that way. It'll cost me hundreds of dollars to challenge them to get my money back. They have the upper hand. Its a very dishonest practice & the US Attorney should look into this.
