This immigration consultancy called City Visas have taken a 500 deposit from me to process my Federal Skilled Visa for Canada. I was promised a case worker with years of experience and a solicitor to look over the application. Once the deposit was paid City Visa's have not assigned a case worker and have not been returning my phone calls, answering the phone, replying to emails. They have not being assisting me as they had promised. I have then asked for a refund which they have refused and have said they have taken the 500 for the 1st consultation. I have not had a consultation with anyone at City Visas. I visited their office on 1 Liverpool Street in London as displayed on their website only to be told by reception that they left the building years ago. When I contacted City Visas from reception they are still insisting that they are at 1 Liverpool Street when they distinctly arent.

Dear Client 

We would firstly like to apologise for any convenience this has caused you. City Visas takes complaints very seriously and do not accept employees carrying out any misconduct. 

We would like to take the opportunity to find out the full story and find out why you have been treated in such a way. We have many clients that have been through the federal skilled visa process and successfully received a visa. 

If you can contact us with your full name and Email address we would like to find out why you never received a consultation. We have record of every single consultation that has taken place and if you say that you did not receive one then we would like to investigate why. 

With regards to our London office this is a satellite office that we sometimes use for meetings and this has only recently been closed however our website was changed immdiately so we are unsure why you were told otherwise.

City Visas offers one of the best services in relation to Canadian emigration we sincerely apologise for any distress caused to you and would be more than happy to offer you a full refund if we have evidence that you never received a consultation.
