On the 21 of December I notice an unauthorized debit amount coming into my account that had not yet posted. I imediately emailed my bank and explained the unauthorized charge. I went out of town for the holidays and returned on the 30th when checking my account the bank emailed me on the 22nd stating that they had to cancel my debit card and had issued me a new one that I would recieve with in 7 to 10 buiness days.

I was concerned that 3 debits that I had made may not go through so I contacted these companies to inform them of the situation because I use my debit card after the bank had canceled it. I go out of town several times a week and it had been 13 business days and still no new debit card I contacted the bank and was told that they never were instructed to cancel my card. I explained that I didn't instruct then that you had emailed me and said you canceled it to stop the fraud charges. I only have internet access from work so I took time out of my day to go to the office and check my account which now was several hundred over drawn because of multiple unauthorized debits.

I took the email and my online statement to the bank and was told that they were not going to reimburse me for any of the unauthorzed debit or refund any overdraft charges and that I had two choices basically let ot stay the way it is and drop it or they would cancel my overdraft protection and return and checks that wouldn't have been covered under the overdraft protection that they caused in the first place. The email also said they would provide me the form to fill out to dispute the charges but that was also denied.
