Civil Complaint Services Ace Cash Express False Civil Service Suit supposedly being filed against me. Huntington Beach California

This is what the letter states: It says this debt is from 2010. I never had a pay day loan and I also don't use banks.

Dear Kristin W,

This letter is to inform you that due to the severe delinquency of your previous Payday Advance loan with Ace Cash Express, we are now taking legal action (filing a lawsuit) against you,which will result in a Civil Court Judgement. This civil judgement will immediatley be reported to the credit bureaus and will be aggressively enforced. In addition to the principle balance owing,any back interest ,court costs and attorney fees will be added to the debt and the amount of the lawsuit.

This legal action and civil complaint will result in immediate wage garnishment and or lien against your personal property,bank account or automobile.

In addition,because you obtained this loan and immediatley closed your bank account,or because your check was returned by your bank due to non-sufficient funds for an amount greater than $100.00,we have also noted your case with fraudulent activity and malicious intent to commit freaud.

It is imperative that you mail your balance in full today to the above address in order to prevent tgis action,or that you call us upon receipt of this notice. If your payment is not received by this office by the due date referenced above, or if we do not hear from you,you will immediatley be served a court summons to appear in a circuit court by your local sheriff's office.
