I also agreed tot he $6.99 free trial from this company. They charged my card and I did not recieve the product. After I emailed them about the problem they said I had to buy a bottle for the regular price of $29.99 to recieve the  free trail; I paid for it. On May 30th or so I recieve only one bottle out of two that I paid for. It is now June 22nd and I recieved a call from a collection agency stating I owed this company $109.00. When I asked why and how they responded with it as a cancellation fee for not fullfilling to the terms and conditions I agreed to or spending the max amount when I read through them serveral times and did not see one thing about a cancellation fee or having to spend a certain amount on their products. Now they refused to refund my money or dispute the $109.00. Also I asked if I could still send the product that I did recieve back and they said no I only had 30 days to do that.. But on their site it states 90 days money back guarenteed. False advertisment.
