The franchise documents we purchased from CKQ Enterprises were totally useless, dont buy them from this company, There are much better documents available that have been written for you. We bought from franchise templates from CKQ Enterprises. However, their manual templates were much less than what I was expecting and told by CK Quarterman. The documents were copied from other sites, we know this because when we downloaded them from CKQ it was written in the iso9002 document that he copied it from a Indian website.
I see that CKQ has opened another business / website thebusinessstartupkit and it looks like he is trying to copy franchise documents online, but dont fall for this.. its a fake.
We bought documents from franchisedocumentsonline.com they were complete, professional and provided exactly what we needed.

I own the copyrights to all of the Online Franchise Documents offered for sale on my websites. I am a USA company Incorporated in South Carolina. This person posting across the web is with these websites mentioned above. I live in this town and state and I can say there have never been any complaints against myself or my company listed at any time with any company or agent in the State or even within the USA! I spent several hours yesterday with an attorney and have had discussions with the FBI Internet Crime Unit Crime about this company. They have no real address, only franchisedocs@gmail.com and do not even use a shopping cart on any of there websites, hence no way of easily suing them! Their servers are in Hungary and they have no business location as they try to say in the UK. They have seen fit to Infringe my US Copyrights on all of their websites by offering my documents which they have not even paid a dime for not to mention they resale them. I have only one question to end this discussion - would you buy Franchise Documents having a US company and US location from a Non-us company, knowing that you are buying Legal Documents?
Also, for the record, don't you think had I sold documents in my own home town the poster would have taken some other recourse other than posting on a website? My shopping carts do not have any record of anyone purchasing within the state with name, and there are no unhappy customers anywhere to my knowledge. I process credit cards from my website with USA companies and would have to refund and unhappy customer to prevent a charge back! This company uses PayPal with a Polish interface, so I am sure you want receive any refunds or customer service from them.
