claimed to be Proctor Gamble also second contact claimed to be US Gov't Department of Consumer Climed I won big prize but wanted me to send money to get it Las Vegas and District of Columbia Nevada and D.C

received a call from a woman identifying herself as brenda robbins from proctor & gamble stating I had won a prize of 850,000  called from ***-***-****.  said brinks would deliver the money the following monday and gave me a code  said to call governemt agency dcra at ***-***-**** to confirm          called this number and got recording to leave message   did not leave message         within 5 minutes recieved call from that number claiming to be government agent  repeated the info about prize and then was told to provide 750 immediately    told him i would have to wait until the check arrived   he told me that i would not get the check     i told him the call wass being recorded and wouold be referring him to the government for fraud       he laughed and then told me he was sorry i was not going to get the prize
