Clair Ski Qui Beauty i Charged by card for additional order after i ordered the trail, did not say need to cancel or additional charge would occur Cleveland Ohio

I order the trail or clair skin and Revive Eye.  I was charged $5.99 from  Blue Star diet and $4.99 from Quill beauty on July 25th.  No where did I see where I need to cancel or where I would be charged an additional charge.  Then on August 8 I received 2 additional charges one for $89.31 from Quill Beauty and one for $87.47 from Blue Star Diet.  This is terrible they do this to me.  I have no problem paying for the $5.99 and $4.99;however I am not paying for the second charges.  This is RIPOFF.  I had reported this to my credit card company and had to close my account.  However they still how the money until this is resolved.  I will never order anything on the interet again.  You should be ashamed of yourself, whoever you are since I can find a number to call.  And why would the charges come from two different companies.  Can't find a contact for either.
