Clara Byrd She took my 16 yr old daughter from my stable home and gave custody to the ex husband who is a drug addict. Lebanon Tennessee

 In 2008 I divorced my husband. I recieved custody of our daughter. From 2008 to 2013 my ex husband was a (((REDACTED))) dad. In 2014 my daughter started to get uncoropitive with me and with no help from her dad, instead we all agreed she could stay with her dad for a few weeks. The situation got worse. Upon pickin my daughter up on christmas break, as we all agreed, we have had the Lebanon Police Department and Rutherford County Sheriffs department involved several times.

My ex husband took me to court. We ended up in Clara Byrd's court room with an emergency custody hearing from her father stating that I was physically abusing my daughter. With not one thing of evidence Byrd granted my ex custody. Back and forth in Byrd's court room with ALOT of pictures while she's been staying with her dad, drinking alcohol and doing different drugs and also text messeges. Byrd looked at the pictures and said " Just because she's taking pictures and talking about the drugs doesn't mean she's doing the these things. Upon that reply i asked for a drug test. My ex's lawyer declinded the drug test stating that the father didn't want her drug tested.

Byrd allowed him to decline the drug test. I now have a restraining order against me per Clara Byrd, I'm not allowed to have any contact with my daughter until she's 18. I'm now paying child support and have no clue where my daughter lives or who she lives with or if she's ou of the state.

I NEED HELP BEFORE SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY DAUGHTER. PLEASE!!!!!!
