 This seller is very disrespectful. He cursed at me calling me a f****** idiot because my package didn't arrive on time. I paid for priority express shipping, the package didn't arrive on time and the post office tips me to contact the seller and request a refund and he can in turn get a refund from them. He hung up on me and started texting me cursing. I tried to forward the text message to ebay internal review but they don't take any correspondence that does not go through their email system. So anyone who makes the mistake of buying from this company make sure any correspondence you have is through eBay email so that there is a record. I haven't received my ring yet but from reading some of the reviews I'm not very optimistic about it. I will be sure to follow up on the quality.
