Oh, man! Where do I even begin with this one? 

When I first met this man, he seemed like the most genuine and honest individual I'd ever met. He had the most attentive and loving personality. Unfortunately, it was all part if the con. 

So, I felt comfortable allowing him to move in weeks into the relationship when he lost his job. During that entire time, he continously relayed his dream of opening a restaurant. He was an excellent cook who seemed passionate about it. I was more than happy to help him achieve it, buying in to open his restaurant as well as help run it. 

Fast forward a year. Now, bear in mind I was busy with running the restaurant and had no reason to suspect that things were different than they appeared. Boy, was I ever wrong! The entire time, he was conning other women out money online and when supposedly at conferences and business dinners - everywhere from here to Sacramento. 

He would tell them he was single with a crazy ex-girlfriend who stole all his money, he had IRS liens, you name it. He would get these women to give him up to $500 at a time! Inevitably, he began sleeping with them as part of the deal. All of this while I was running "our" business. 

Soon, he began diping into the business's finances to the tune of nearly $200,000! Because of that, we were forced to close our doors for good. I lost everything.

I started renting my guesthouse and spare room out to help with the money issue. This fool would connive the tenants into paying a few days early for some "repair" or whatever. Twice this happened and he spent their rent money, telling me they didn't pay. Then, he would cause a fight between the tenants and I so that I would throw them out. This was a constant cycle I didn't recognize at the time. 

He's out on his butt, yet I hear he's still out there conning women. He's a lying cheating con man. Avoid him at all costs. Don't have him cost you everythign like he did me!
