This unit works fine has some nice features. Don't be fooled by the one year warranty, or the statement that the maps are easily updated. The maps it comes loaded with are several years old. You have 30 days from the time you power it on to update them, otherwise they want you to pay 69.00 for them!
Navieextra customer support is non existent. For $400.00 I expected more service than that. There is a single small statement in the manual on page 61 I think about the map updates. Who is going to find that? I would not purchase the unit again after finding out what kind of customer loyalty they have.. Then customer care says check to see if upgrades are free before you buy the product. One would assume in 2014 a 2014 model would come with current maps.
