Clarity Services Unauthorized credit inquiries Clearwater, FL Florida

I started off with two hard inquiries from this "credit bureau" (that Experian owns), for two different payday lenders.  I called Experian and had them deleted since they were unauthroized.  Clarity emailed and called two days later to say that in order to remove me from their reporting, they needed a lot of info from me, red flag.

In looking more into "soft inquires", Clarity looked at my credit six more times in 2017, for bottom feeding payday lenders!  I've already started the ball rolling on having those removed also.

I feel like this "credit bureau" is now doing something illegal, I see where they were fined 8 million dollars in 2015 for pulling credit without authroization.  I really want to get a lawyer involved in this if Clarity won't delete these, and take me out of their system for good.  I refuse to give them my SSN, etc., for fear that this will continue.
