This company has been calling me and asking me to pay back a loan that I just took out a few weeks ago. This company will not send me a bill or take my debt card over the phone. they also want me to over pay a $300.00 loan. An arab man keeps calling by the man of Jack Cooper and also by the name of Justin Walker. He had asked me to pay of the loan by a Western Union. Then I called again becauase I was unable to pay it. then I called again to find a differnet way to pay, He told me to get a card by the name of NET SPEND. I can not find a card by that name. I called again, Then he told me to go to walmart to get a one time pre-pay card and walmart does not sell such a thing. Someone there told me that the company might be a fraud. They should be able to send a bill. So now they are harrassing me to pay. They say that they will send me to court or I will be forced to pay a $2,000.00 fee. So I told them that I need proof so I could pay the loan. Without proof I will not pay. they are not at all happy. Please help me resolve this matter. thank you
