Clark County Credit Union Paid for disability insurance and was denied when I was permanently disabled Las Vegas Nevada

I was an employee of 23 years at Clark County in Las Vegas and because I was a whistle blower on wrong doing within my department I was fired and put on total permanent disability. This was done to shut me up and also black listed from obtaining employment anywhere. Although Clark County had over 5000 positions they would not employ me in any department. The person behind this was my Director Glenn Trowbridge who sits on the Board of Directors at Clark County Credit Union where I was mysteriously denied disability benefits. Everyone knows he fired me and put me on total permanent disability.

The disability insurance is thorugh CUNA out of Wisconsin and they are trying to seperate themselves by saying that Glenn Trowbridge had nothing to do with their decision. It does not make any sense that they would deny my disability claim for any reason other than personal. I could not find one attorney here in Las Vegas that would take my case so I filed in Proper Person in Federal Court case#2:08-CV-333. Clark County Credit Union ripped me off by repossessing my vehicles and left me without any transportation and they knew I was on total disability and they cannot deny it because in 2005 I sent all board members a certified letter regarding my denial of benefits and they all ignored it. I paid for a service through them and when I needed the service they would not pay I have been ripped off.
