I am an attorney in suit with Mr. Waller on behalf of a client that sent him numerous parts to strip refinish and woodgrain. The parts were shipped to Mr. Waller in March 2010 and he was told it would take a few weeks. Waller has received over $5,000 and has not delivered anything a year later. He has made numerous promises to client that the work is just about done and then comes up with excuse after excuse. I have filed a case against him but have noticed there are a number of complaints over the years about him doing exactly the same thing. I know there was a case in Hillsborough Superior Court in 2007 filed by Ronald Smith Jr. I would love to talk with him.
