I just got a call from "Classic Collectibles" in Nevada. A quick Google search shows them at the same 2626 S Rainbow Blvd address as Continental Collectibles, Global Collectibles, and North American Collectibles, and just down the street from 21st Century Collectibles. Every one of the personalities of this multiple-personality-disorder company sells stamps and has scam reports for them online. I got the same pitch as everyone else who complained about them: allegedly called me 5 months ago (which they never did); I can get the last two collectible postage stamps with perforation errors for $1900 each; will make lots of money in a few years; I can refund on my credit card within 30 days; been in business for 30 years; etc. It appears that their scam is to get you to hold onto the stamp(s) until it's too late to refund (they can legit tell the credit card company that they sent you the stamp), then string you out waiting for them to sell it for you, which never happens.

The Philatelic.(stamp enthusiasts) community knows this company extremely well. You sound like either someone who knows nothing about the potential profit in buying and selling of collectable postage stamps. Or, you have some personal vendetta against someone at this company and want to discredit there reputation. I can personally defend Classic Collectables because i have dealt with them on 3 different occasions..and it has been an enjoyable, positive, experience consistently. the way I have been treated is how all companys should treat their clients.. educate yourself on Philitellics (dateline did a great story) before you make statements that could possibly ruin the reputation of a great company. Stamping is serious business, and a great investment opportunity espeshally when dealing with professionals..
