These people are liars and scam artist. They make up stories, and lie non stop. My name is George Wilson and I'll make sure sure this company is shut down before I'm done. I don't own any land and never vandalized any properties. Unless they have evidence of these accusations,  I will make sure they will pay alot of money in court for slander. They attempted to sell land on eBay and they are crooks, they remove feedbacks.

My name is Lori Murphy and I am proud to say I have worked for Classic County Land, LLC for 10 years now. We are an upstanding company that is here to please our customers, not turn them away.

Unfortunately in today’s day and time, out of thousands of customers we service, there is always going to be a bad apple in the bunch, such as the one who wrote this ridiculous report and wouldn't post their real name on here due to the fact that he is one of our customers in Missouri. This man is stating that we are ripping people off, so I guess I am confused at the fact that he is a customer of ours for nearly 3 1/2 years now?

We know who this person is, and he is upset because he bid on the property on EBay and didn't want to pay the document fee that was clearly listed on the auction. When he posted a negative feedback on EBay, we googled the user name and found out he is a current customer of ours living out there on the property in Missouri, but on a different Lot.

Going forward this individual wanted to get back at us, so they went into the cabin and vandalized it, in which we have already had the repairs done and is ready to sell again. This individual is a disgruntled customer who is simply mad at the fact that we would not sell him anymore land after we we found out he was the one bidding on the property. There is a reason we will not sell him anymore land, and need I mention why, I think you can see that for yourself!

As far as his accusations on our Tennessee property, we don't sell waterfalls, we sell land that has a steam running through it with rock waterfalls throughout the stream. If you go to our website and take a look all 50 lots are sold! So obviously the waterfalls are running and we have 50 happy customers. As far as the creeks and ponds go, throughout the United States for the last few years we have been in a drought. Therefore some of the ponds are very low in water as are the creeks, which is standard during a drought.

Classic Country Land, LLC has an A++ rating with the BBB and I take offense to his accusations, as we are all very respectable hard working employees that enjoy helping individuals achieve their dream of owning a piece of land.

I do want to clarify that of all the names mentioned in the complaint, Onlinelandsales.com is our customer and they do not work for us, they only buy land from us.
