this dealership is not serious, after I purchsed my viacle they applied my down payment not twards the payment of the trade in but against the value of the new viacle. They admited there was a "Communication problem" so after 2 months they asked for more money to cover their mistake. After 2 months!! These people put you in a viacle, they say Everything is fine and they!! 2 months later they harass you on the phone for more money

Ironically you bought 2 cars?
First of all, Im sure your the Nissan Dealership in Orlando pretening to be a customer because, why would you tell this person he doesnt deserve to drive? Who are you?
I had a problem with the Nissan in Napleton's Northlake 3870 Blue Heron Blvd
Riviera Beach, FL 33404
Tel. (561) 848-0688
Fax (561) 848-8608
I look much younger than my age, and people view me as a kid until they see my driver's licence, I have had a horrible experience with this Nissan. I didnt mind talking to the salesperson because i was looking for a Nissan Altima but i felt as if i was kept captive, I felt that the salesperson was to aggresive, I didnt like it, he didnt know when to back off, i understand that sales people job is to sell a car, however, there is a point when they should realize when to back off, and that is the difference from a experienced professional cars salesperson and a inexperienced desperate one, I feel as if this salesperson was a vampire, and i was blood, they tried to sell me a 2003 Nissan Altima for 19,700 with my trade in as 1500, but the car value for the Nissan Altima is only worth by 13,000 at full price. What are they nuts i could of easily bought a brand new Nissan Altima, I then went on the computer to show them this at edmunds and the car salesman said oh we dont consider than to be a blue book, we use our own, that more reliable,
IF YOU WENT TO BE SCREWED WITHOUT A CONDOM THEN Nissan in Napleton's is the perfect dealership for you.

Individual Responsibility & Accountability

We have recently purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and were thoroughly pleased with the sales process and conveyance of information.
Purchase = 2002 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE / 2003 Nissan Pathfinder 3.5 SE.
We have also purchased from them, in previous years, a Nissan 300ZX, of which we were exceptionally pleased.
We received superb treatment and excellent dealings from Classic Nissan.
They were fair and thorough in every way.
Continued service support is always provided professionally and economically.
Summary:
A potential buyer must accept personal responsibility for becoming knowledgable of the sales process, specifically any rules and procedures which apply to his particular circumstances. He can't merely place blame on the dealer if and when a dispute arises.
Dealerships don't wake up every morning thinking :
"How can I screw over the customers today?"
If they did, they would quickly be out of business.
Careful reading of this individual's critcism shows several key points:
1. This individual refuses to accept accountability for his part in this confusion.
2. This individual does not chose to seek reasonable methods of resolution with the dealer.
3. This individual prefers to launch a personal attack and tirade, in a futile effort of personal destruction against the dealership.
4. Dealers are subject to specific regulations of state commerce that preclude this situation from having occured in the way described by the customer.
5. The customer is totally ignorant of these regulations. If he was not, he would have known he could seek mediation and redress through the State Department of Agriculture, Office of Consumer affairs.
6. The customer displays a distinct and flagrant deficit of education, spelling ability and proper grammatical use of the English language, Hence, HE is the one who has the communication problem.
Conclusion : this complaint was filed by an ignorant, irresponsible individual who should not even be allowed to drive, let alone purchase a car. A mind is a terrible thing to waste !

I'm tired of your stupid jokes about how much you want to help and you can sit there in your chairs and read trough the phrase! If I didn't explain in well enuf for you why don't you look in my file! ..You will have all the info you need...
The truth is I came in your shop telling you what I had and that I was a serious buyer and didn't whant to play games! I made it clear that if what I had was not enuf then that was fine! But you sed yea no problem ..... put me in a new car and 2 months later came asking for more than 200 dollars.
Now I came and sat down with you people and the only answer I got was We can't do anything! I payed the amount for you but I will not buy a car from you again and make sure I will tell everyone I know about you!
You think you can sit there and do whatever you whant and come back months later to your customers after you put them in a car asking for money! I will make you suffer for this I will make sure you will have the worst pubblicity ever!

First of all the phrase "down payment" would tell me that the money was used to reduce the price of the purchase. You wouldn't use a "down payment" for a trade-in.
Regardless, I would like to hear about your specific problem and try to resolve it.
