Classic Nissan, Not to be trusted, ripoff Winter Park Florida

I purchased a new Nissan from Classic in 1998. In 2001 I was ready for a trade in so I went back to Classic where I had ,had a great experience in the past. Well, not this time . I was alone and found myself talked into an Exterra 2000. No test drive hours of bull and I finally got out of there. I went home and found myself afraid to drive this vehicle.

I went back to the dealer and explained my fear. I was not going to drive this vehicle again. After me caceling the "down payment" and the insurance three days later when I finally brought a man with me I got back into a car. What an ordeal. however it is far from over the "down payment" I had stopped payment on they now want.

I wasn't asked for any money when they got me into a car rather I was notifyed by mail. My response was mail me the payoff letter on the Exterra. Never recieved this just a summons for triple the amount. Well I have had enough so I paid them there Three thousand dollars,still not enough they want eleven hundred more for attorney fees! This is such an outrageI can't even believe it. I call Nissan Corporation to see if they can help only to discover they only sell classic Nissan the cars they have nothing to do with them I don't know who owns Classic Nissan. Well, I call Classic to find out who owns them I'm given A name Classic Group, a P.O. Box and told they can't give out that number!! What can a person do?
