Classic Closeout.com, ClassicCloseout.com Ripped off by a bad company Peck Internet

Was check online my bank statement and knowest there was a charge on there from ClassicCloseout.com on 7/4/2008 and the bank gave them the money on 7/7/2008. I have not shopped with them since 3/2005. Called the bank and they gave me their phone number 1-866-422-6397 I left one message and no one has gotten back with me yet. Tried to call more times but you can not leave any more messages their answer machine is full. Have to go to bank and dispute the charge. I find it hard to believe that someone has kept numbers from three years ago.

I looked on my old bank statement and found an old phone number that was disconnected doesn't that figure. I did cancell my debit card and have to get a new one. There has to be something that we can do about this!!!! It is just not right. The charge was $69.99. Right now that is not pocket change especially now with everything being so expensive.
