 i was in the hospital having back surgury my brother thought i was being cheated by this company it isint true they were very understanding to the situation and refunded my money please cancel anything against them thank you

To whom it may concern, Mr. Bennet purchased this car on eBay Motors. He says that it showed it did not hit reserve when he bid. However very clearly the Auction Ended to him. (Auction # 130989470705) At that point he was responsable to pay the $1000.00 deposit within 24 hours. in which it took him 36hrs to do. (First Violation of the contract he entered into upon bidding for our merchandise) He then writes an email stating he purchased another car before the auction ended because he thought he would be out bid, and of course he didnt know he met the "reserve". Very Clearly in each and every auction we run it states:

The successful high bidder will submit a $1000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE payment deposit with PAYPAL within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Mr. Bennet Paid his depoist at 19:25:54 on September 24th 2013. Here it is the 25th and we get a bad review. Why did you even pay the deposit if you had no intentions of purchasing this piece of our inventory!
