On Jan. 9, 2010 I placed an order for 3 DVDs. I have the printed receipt.
On Sat. Jan. 16, 2010 when I didn't receive my order, I tried to get onto the website and there was a message "Store is closed".
On my confirmation email was a phone number, so I called the number and left a message. I have the confirmation email.
I also had the email address from the confirmation email and so I sent a message.
I received a response from Sam Robinson saying that my order was shipped and that I should expect it the next week. I have the emailed response.
On Mon. Jan. 26, 2010 I still had not received my order. I searched "classictvnow" on the Internet and found ripoff reports that I didn't find when I searched the Internet on the 9th and the 16th. I sent another email to the address but have not received an answer as of this writing.

Final Update re:ClassicTVnow.com
AUTHOR: Jamie - (United States of America)

As I thought from reading other complaints from users of this site, the package I received from Sam Robinson of ClassicTVnow. com (Classic TV Now) was a priority envelope, not a box.
I don't have to open the envelope to know that what is inside are illegal pirated DVDs of the 3 TV shows I ordered. I have ordered enough multi-disc TV show collections to know that they would not fit in an envelope.
So I got merchandise for my $82.97 order, but it isn't legal.

I received an email from Sam Robinson re: the order I placed from ClassicTVnow.com on Jan. 9, 2010 for $82.97.
He gave me the tracking number and the URL for the USPS.
I checked the Post Office's website and a package was shipped on Jan. 25, 2010, more than a week after he indicated to me it would be sent.
Now, given the complaints I've read about this website, it will be interesting to see what I actually get when the package arrives: legal DVDs, or pirated ones.
Will update this report after the package arrives.
