Classified2000 Classified2000 took the money and ran Internet

I had ordered 5 paid sign ups in January 2013 and was to get 5 free for a total of 10.  I had changed my link the same day for the sign ups and got a confirmation that it would be changed and everything was good.  I waited for my sign ups to come and the following month had to move so checking on the signups would then go on hold.  I then emailed the company in March letting them know I never got my sign ups.  I was told they would look into it and get back to me.  

A long story short, it's been 7 months now, and they stated they started my sign ups but the account had been on hold because I never did log into my account.  I was never told to log in to an account initially for the sign ups to start, and when I did they had the wrong link listed.  I also told them that it being 7 months ago I was no longer affiliated with the company and they could give my sign ups to me through another link or simply refund my money.  They did not get back to me with a response, and blocked my email because I now keep getting bounced back messages from them.  I paid $200.00 for these sign ups and got absolutely nothing in return.  I want to let the bank know what they did, but being 7 months ago, I am not sure I will even be able to get a refund from the bank.
