On jan. 18 i ordered some electronics through the website posted on sulekha.com or net one of the two. on the 20 I contacted the company sun electrocomindo for the shipping information they had no idea what i was talking about but the person I was dealing with did infact work for them. Nothing was being done to solve the problem so I contacted the fbi, the ftc, and u.s. attorney general and all said their was nothing i could do ( I still dont beleive that one ). So I contacted all the websites that hosted the company and told them what took place they removed his posting. Only one said that " we dont care if he is commiting fraud" so this morning I contacted all the gov. agencies they all repeated what they said before. However I downloaded a copy of their terms and conditions. it states both in their limited liabillity and terems for service paragraphs that if cuat commiting crimes on the internet using their service they will be removed. So I recontacted the company and told them that they still with a rude tone said we dont care and hung up on me. so I had spent the better part of my mornig and afternoon contacting attorneis who all are so unrealisticly expensive this information hoping a break and did not get one. I would like to sue but I do beleive it will take to long and that they are going to get even mor money then they got from me.
