Claude Diamond Diamond Consulting Group Provided me with an email address of a student of his doing deals in Texas when it was him all along pretending to be someone else in order to rip me off! Winter Park Colorado

 I signed up for his coaching program because he repeatedly told me him and his students do lease purchase deals all over including texas. I was most interested in texas and that is why I signed up. He send me the book he wrote on the matter of texas lease purchases. My problem is that once in after I paid him, he gave me access to the facebook page where I posted the question of lease purchases in Texas thinking I am finally going to meet the players in my backyard and learn from them and from Claude. No replies. Hah. I then asked Claude to give me the emails or phone numbers of the students he mentioned doing deals here. He gave me 4 contacts, one guy did lease purchase back in the 90s and no longer doing real estate. The closest one was a guy by the name of Mark Johnson whose email is lackawana@hotmail.com he didn't reply with a phone number or a company number or anything, when I asked him about the contracts he used and if he could please send me a copy to see how he has structure such deals I never heard from him. He did reply saying how wonderful Claude was, I'll be happy to share that email.

Mark Johnson and Claude Diamond are the same person playing me to defraud me of my money, which he did. He took $2500 from me. That's criminal!
