Menlo Ave., Gardena, CA 90247 under FHA guidelines (FHA Case No. CA1975049373703) with the assistance of Maria Tejeda a real estate agent DRE # 01857427, and Oscar Tejada who prepare all the paperwork for the loan with Bank of America (escrow closing 032793-GS) and straw buyer Martha M. Nunez. The purchase of the house was for $281,213.00 on September 20, 2010, and now the property is for sale "regular sale" for $375,000 (see MLS Tempo # R1103960) as of June 16, 2011.
