First of all the company was ok and we could keep the payments up, but as soon as my husband got hurt at work and he had to have screws put in his neck twice it got to where all hell broke loose. They would not even say we had for several years were on time. We have been cussed, called names such as lowlife, trailer park trash. Then when we talk to them you are degraded and put down. If you do not answer the phone they leave a very nasty message. One of the jokers there named Hood, he even said if you are getting food stamps then sell them and pay your bill and no I do not care if any of your family gets a thing to eat as long as the mortgage is payed. One man even had my wife so upset when one of our payments got lost in the mail and it ended up in Ohio and it was suppose to go to TN, and he said if you do not cancel the one payment I am going to come on out and I will have someone pull that trailer out of the park. I canceled it and my husband got real mad and called them back and said if you want it that bad come and get it.

Now we all know it has to go to court and it is against the law for them to come and get it in a few days for only being late a few days. We had a woman come out today on 8/2/2006 and my wife said why are u here and she said they want to talk to you and she said I have already talked to them and I said you get off my property or I will call the law and have you arrested and I will press charges, they also had the payment on the computer and still send that fat thing. It has not been the first time they have come out here but this is the first time my wife has lost her temper.


They are liers and they are not to be trusted. Our home has had alot of problems and they have always put us off or sent a dummy out to fix something they knew nothing about. They were going to put a damaged heatpump on this trailer and it came from Ramsey's mobile home parts and when we refused it we got a cussing and was called all kinds of names and when they did bring another one we find out it is not the 12 seer that we paid for and I raised so much cain that they had another company bring us another one and it is a good one. So no you can not trust this trash that call themselves people. So if anyone wants to bring a lawsuit together we are ones to contact and we will talk about putting this trash out of business. Oh also has anyone had this happen, the ceiling fan that was in the ceiling or attic fan, they wrapped a clothes hanger around it so it would not last long and they wanted 140.00 dollars to come and fix it and then the door has leaked so much and the stupid ones did not know how to fix it and the rain always came in and then we had to buy a new door to our expense and put it in. There is so many problems they refuse to fix. It would take me all day to tell u the problems
