We bought home from luv homes in 2004. IN initial agreement, we had our own mover that wasn't a problem. After the papers was signed, we were told that he could not move the home that their people would have to move it. When they brought the home out, the frame was bent. It wasn't even the home we ordered. Wrong colors. They partially set it up. The trim people came out and could not cover the cracks. They came back and moved the house a second time closer together where the trim would work. Our first winter, the heating unit fell thru the floor. They told us we had to use our fireplace which was marked novelty only, not intended for heat source. We were told they would make it up to us and never did. We had all of the cielings to crack and walls to seperate from the floors. All of the floors have been flooded due to plumbing seperating at the joints. I called about tub in master bath leaking into insulation under floor, they cut a whole in it and drained the water then put tape over the whole and silicone around tub. Approximately 3 years has gone by full of phone calls that we have made to them trying to get our house fixed, only to be told, its too late. Vanderbuilt mortgage has given us fits about making payments. Started out on the biweekly plan of 338.00. We got to do this for one year. With all the problems and complaining, they removed us from this and set up monthly payments of 750.00. We did this for approx. a year. Then our payments went up to 840.00 a month. I was told this was an increase in insurance which we have never used, and escrow. I inquired about getting other insurance, I was told that I could get it but I still had to keep the escrow and their insurance. They have sent several people to our home because I get sick of answering their calls every day, and being talked to like a dog. They have and will call our neighbors and discuss our financial buisness if we do not answer the phone. We did not give our neighbors number to them. We have asked on several different occassions for them not to discuss our business with anyone, they still do.We have worked very hard only to be treated and harrassed this way. and to have a piece of junk instead of a dream home.
