Clayton Vanderbuilt Mortgage Pre-approval and after doing exactly as they had asked us to do. They denied. Dallas, Texas Internet

My daughter has been trying to find a newer place for us to live.  She has an excelllent credit score.  She found the home and was pre-qualified.  After doing everything she was told, they denied her.  So, Clayton Homes sent her to Cascade Finanicial Services.  They also pre-approved her. She sent all of the correct information to both Vanderbuilt and Cascade.  I want to know what they expect her to do. Is it because she's a single mother of three and wants them to live in somewhat of a better place where she doesn't have to worry about them getting ill or is it because she's a woman and doesn't make enough as a man would. She works every single day and has been trying for two years.  Now they want her to either find a buildder that will build on our land or a modular (which we asked for at the very beginning of this mess).  But, have they helped her?  No. They cause more turmoil then it's worth.  Besides, with as many complaints on these companies, maybe we should just forget them and move on.  No one should have to put up with their back-peddling and I pity those that have had their own dealings with Clayton, Vanderbuilt, or Cascade Finanicial Services.  They are worthless.
