CLC Corporate Lodging Card No one cares about the customer who uses the CLC service! Wichita Kansas

I have been a CLC card member for about 13 years.  It was a nice savings on hotel and motel rates when we travel because we just need a clean bed and shower.  We have NEVER used the amenities at any of the hotels. We are usually in late and out very early because we are working.   Originally CLC had provided some very Low negotiated rates for their customers and then they got greedy and started adding $20 $30 and even $40 a night to the low negotiated rate. 

I don't think most of the hotels even know what we the customer are actually paying.  Have been unhappy for a while about the higher room rates.  Most of the time, we can negotiate the Lower CLC rate directly with the hotel and just pay them cash.  My beef with CLC is that more and more I find that the hotels are refusing to take the card on weekends, which is when we do all of our overnight travel.  When I call CLC to report the hotel in question, they tell me they are working on it and will release them from their contract, but they never do.  It is all lip service to the card holder.  Then we are forced to call additional hotels to find a room, which is a total WASTE of our Time. 

This last weekend, we were given a room that was subpar by far.  My air conditioning shut off and the room started smelling like mold.  It was too late in the night for me to make a move to another room.  This is not the first time, it seems that unless I complain at checkin and ask for a very clean room, we are given the worst room available because we are CLC card holders.  

It would be nice if CLC started appreciating the customers that actually pay the bills for their company.  They are owned by a large corporation, a Fleet Management Company.  I wonder if they understand how badly this company is actually run.
