justfly.com Great prices so i made a booking thru them for a friend of mine i paid in my card then an hour later i call justfly's customer svc # to change my friend name or to just eliminate the 2nd last name which equals 6 letters. customer rep said that bcoz more than 4 characters will be changec there is a $75 fee my card will incurred. they said they need to cancel the flight so i'll get refunded to my amex ( still waiting for the refund its the 7th day). They keep saying that they'll see what they can do & yet nothing was done. $75 addtl fee + my flight was canceled. Internet

An hour later I called their customer SVC # to make a minor change on the last name (delete the 2nd last name which equals to 6 letters). They said that bcoz the name was more than 6 characters they need to charge me $75 on my card. Obviously I was furious & so she said that she needs to put me on hold & she will try to do her best: she ended up charging me an addtl $75 & canceled my flight so it can get refunded to my card. She charged me $75 but wasn't able to change it anyways. So she charged me for the cancellation I guess. I think it's BS that they can't change more than 4 characters so I'm forced to cancel it & be charged $75.
