I read an article saying that Dazzle Smile and Clean Whites were offering free trials, so I signed up for $4.  Only after I received my package, did I see the letter that said I was signed up for a monthly subscription. It gave me a website to cancel my subscription, but when I went to do that, it said my subscription is cancelled but there will be  6.99 charge on my card to ship the syringes back to the company!  I called the customer service number and talked to a representative, who basically said nothing can be done; this product has tobe returned or i'll be charged the monthly fee ($79.95 or something), so I sucked it up and sent it.

I just checked my cc bill, and there's a charge for 79.95 and when i called the company, they said I was supposed to return it within 10 days, but I returned it in 12 days.  WTF?!  I even went back to the ordering site and it said return within 14 days if not satisfied.

I was on the phone with the representative all afternon before finally asking for the manager.  He was conveniently unavailable, but they took my number down and said they'd call within 24 hours.  Seeing the other rip off reports, I'm not very confident that they'll call me back.

I have had very good success with the Better Business Bureau, so I'm going to file a complaint with them.  I'm also going go through ftc.gov, which I read on another entry.
