In October 2005, I received a call stating that my name was drawn to have one room of carpet scrubbed. For some reason, I responded and answered a few questions. The lady told me if my name was drawn, she'd call me back. About a day later she called. I could either have a room scrubbed or a gift certificate. I chose a gift certificate to the Texas Grill House. The lady stated that to receive the gift certificate, I had to agree to have someone come out and show something...she spoke to fast and I wasn't even sure what he was bringing because she hung up after she had all my info.

Jayson Inglish showed up and showed a rainbow vacuum. My husband was real impressed with the vacuum because I have really bad allergies. Jayson said that if we had 4 people signed up and they agreed to allow him to show it that we would receive a scrubber and a rainbow mate for free. With that, my husband and I agreed to purchase the vacuum. Both free items was what made our decision.

Jayson showed the vacuum to 3 of my people. He showed up at the 4th person's house and when she said she had saw it a year or 2 before he packed it up and didn't show it. Then I guess it was his wife that called me and said I needed someone else. She wouldn't give me a reason why. Jayson would never call me his self. So I just got another person. Jayson never showed up to the first appointment with her. After a week, his wife called back and rescheduled with my 4th person, and again he never called or showed up! I haven't heard from them since.

I have called his cell, his wife's cell, the Cresaptown office, and their manager. I have left several messages. I had finally got a call on Jan 5, 2006 from Jayson's boss. No call back yet. I called there manager on Jan. 6th. She was to call me back. I have got no response.

I have not received the scrubber or rainbowmate that I was promised. By the way, I never got my gift certificate either. And 2 of my neighbors were also ripped off by him, one didn't get her gift certificate and scrubber that she too was promised and the other can't get a hold of him to get her deposit back because she returned the vacuum. We have all been calling the #'s that were given to us by customer service at rainbow and none of us are getting anywhere. I am going to call customer service directly again tomorrow. I can only hope I get somewhere with them.
