I am dealing with the same issue as a few others.  Mine is still work in progress.  Installed the windows in 2010.  The local rep did a very good job in delivering and installing.  Then a golf ball came through and broke the window in August.  I was told that they are breakage proof and the warranty implies that.  But, I unerstand that it is glass.  so, tried to find the local rep.  She is out of business.  So, I find the web address for this company.  The same "Rose" answered.  Sent her the info.  Didn't hear anything for a couple of weks.  

Then she writes and agrees to replace the window, either through her or the manufacturer.  I asked for her to handle it.  So, I don't hear anything agagin for a good five weeks.  No answer to e-mails ....  nothing.  Finally, I call the manufacturer.  Clear Choice makes sure that you don't have a number to contact them the number they provide directs you to the web site.  So, you are issuing a new request every time. They choose to do business this way.  Anyway, the manufacturer is in the middle of handling this.  As I said, its work in progress.  

What it looks like, Clear Choise-USA is a middleman, handing out franchises out of a suite in Ohio and accepts no responsibility for keeping the conduit going.  Probably is very easy to get a franchise and give these people your money and the manufacturer guarantees the window and replaces them.  But, i means that if the rep is out of business, they send you the window and you install it.  

I don't know why manufacturers deal with these type of arrangements since they are the final victims.  These people can put you out of business in the long term.  Next time, I'll go to Sears.  I'm a;; for suporting for budding businesses, but you get burned once too many.
