I ordered a hearing device from Clear Point, and returned the merchandise within the 30 days guarantee, I have yet to receive any refund. I have proof that the package was picked up from the PO Box, from the Post Office in my home town. (Just a note, there maybe another company US Mail Order Exchange Inc.) in the same town and it is advertising the same thing)
