Clear Sky Funding Tim Green Taking Clients money & promising to provide funding for a business . After receving money communications stop Diamond Bar California

I called clear sky funding after reviewing the website for business funding.  I spoke with an Tim Green who answered all my questions around  February 15 2015. He said it would take 45 days to complete building out a business profile and present it for funding.  Tim Green asks for the money to be deposited in a Credit Union Account . $ 900.00 was deposited.  Tim Green answers all the phone calls until he gets the money and 3 weeks after. After about 3 weeks then the emails and the return phone calls stop.  Mr. Tim Green then periodically sends an email apologizing for not returning phone calls and claiming he has been sick.  Also he says that the file is almost finish and funding should be the next step.

All communications stop around the last week of March, despite my several calls and emails. Tim Green did inform me that after 60 days that the money would be refunded.  A request was made for the funds to be return that hasn't happened.
