Placed order on this online pharmacy site using Visa debit card tied to my checking account. Funds were then withdrawn. Next day receive email from them that they do not accept credit or debit cards due to high processing costs and to use echeck instead. Responded to them that the funds were in fact already withdrawn from my account. Even sent a detailed copy showing the funds withdrawn from my account a day earlier. They responded again assurung me that the funds were not withdrawn even though I knew they had been withdrawn. Contacted my bank to file a debit card transaction investigation. Also reported them online as a fraudulent website business. Basically they stole funds from my checking account without shipping any product.

CLEARSKY PHARMAY

AUTHOR: CUSTOMER - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, February 27, 2017

I have used Clear Sky and another international pharmacy for years. For U.S. customers, they all have problems processing credit and debit cards, I think due to big pharma pressure. I have no connection with any pharma business, U.S. domestic or otherwise, I'm simply a customer.

In this particular case, I suspect that the amount was not deducted from the account but was" reserved" when the order was processed, just as my bank does when I use a debit at a restaurant or something like that. They reserve the amount of the check, and the actual charge, including tip, goes through a day or two later, and the reserve is released. If nothing comes through, the reserve is also released.

The safest way to buy is by e-check. In my case I use my small business account, in which I keep a low balance, and just transfer funds when I purchase. I've never had a problem using this method, and I've never failed to receive product from either pharmacy. Check with your bank, they may offer a second account for free.

My guess is when the writer got upset and did not do an e-check, Clear Sky simply didn't process the transaction, since they declined his debit card and he did not follow thru with the e-check.
