In late November 2007, I signed a contract with Clear Vision Marketing. It was digitally signed by Patrick Cosgrove representing Clear Vision Marketing. The contract was for sales of advertising on 5 DVD Kiosks owned by NewNow DVD in Hays, KS. Mr. Cosgrove was very friendly up to the time he received my $3,000 check and from that point forward became next to impossible to contact and did nothing but lie to me regarding my account and my money. At one point, after much hassle from my end, Mr. Cosgrove even said he would be refunding my money and said their lack of production was due to a 'third party' problem.

That was then, this is now. Still no money, still no contact from Cosgrove. Since that time I've learned of at least one other individual in my line of work who was equally duped by Clear Vision Marketing. And, I've learned of many others who have been taken by Patrick Cosgrove / Jim Ellis... they are all the same guy as far as I'm concerned.

What really sickens me is this. I made a decision to do business with this company strongly based on their 'seal of approval' from the Better Business Bureau. Bad mistake on my part. In my opinion, the BBB has been an accomplice in this entire matter. I went through their entire process only to be told that Mr. Cosgrove didn't have to do anything for me. I filed an arbitration, he wouldn't admit guilt and that's pretty much how it ended. IF you have $150, you too can have a BBB logo flying on your website and Clear Vision Marketing STILL has it on their site now and at the bottom of their 'contract'.

I believe Patrick Cosgrove was actually served papers in a legal suit at his address in Indiana. So, the company keeps right on ticking and the authorities continue to allow it to happen. How many cases of neglect and clear-cut fraud need to be presented before someone arrests these people? I've kissed my investment goodbye, but won't rest until this company and these people are serving time for stealing.
