Clear Vison Financial National Freedom Group Scammed me out of $1750.00 for mtg modification that never happened! Costa Mesa CA

 Albert Bell called me proposing to refinance my mtg with a Fannie Mae/Harp type loan, since my interest rate was high. Ofcourse, I was interested but he said he needed $1750 up front to get it going. 

He later mailed me a  proposal which looked legit-it  even had a govt loan number on it. He told me he was no longer my contact and that Alyssa, the processor, would take over. I faxed her pages of  the loan app, thinking everything was fine as she assured me it was.

A month later, I decided to call my mtg company to check the status. They had not received any paperwork and that was 2 months after the initial contact! I was furious and tried to contact Albert but with no success. I immediately re-started the whole paper process, filing thru my mtg company myself for a renegotiated loan.

When I called Clear Vision to demand a refund of my $1750,I got a pre-recorded message tellingme to fax my compliant to  the customer service number (310-929-5347). They said I should get a response in 4-6 weeks. I have heard nothing at 7 weeks. With all the people involved in this scam, ANY credible law enforcement agency should be able to find them and bring them to justice and REPAY the money they have scammed from innocent victioms!! I am in the process of contacting the FTC, FBI, local police,etc. Seems enough people have been hurt to have a class action law suit against these criminals!
