Clear Your Debt, LLC Swift Rock Financial They basically took $2,600 from me and all the services they provided was writing me a letter Austin, Texas

Swift Rock/ Clear you dept. Is a total rip off company. Basically, They told me to start placing money in an account they setup for me instead of using the money to pay off the dept on my cards. Also not to answer any phone calls from any companies calling about payment. So I put @$500 a month in this account and ignored all the calls... For months!!!  Then one day I accidentally answered the phone call and began to talk to them. They (American Express) told me that they know all about this company and they don't work with them; NEVER DID! So when I called Swift Rock to tell them what happened. They kept telling me the same thing, to ignore them. Meanwhile my credit score was suffering.

It went from  a 697 to 490 and I have a history of late payments when I never did before. So I called Swift Rock to cancel the services they said they were offering me. They said fine they will refund me all the money they had in the account. I had over $8000 in the account, which I could easily use to completely pay off the american express. Swift Rock only sent me $6000 When I called to find out why, they said the rest was fees for service. I said what service? All they actually did was write me a letter and sent me the letter so I can mail it out myself. Then they told me to sit and wait. They wouldn't even talk to american express for me.  So now Im out of over $2000 for them writing me a letter.... Oh get this!.. I found out later that I can down load the same letter for free on the internet. Swift Rock is s total ripoff company.. Dont trust them.. They said they are a christian company.. I hope they know God is watching.
