Clear.com offers a $25.00 rebate on purchase of new $50.00 modem. I purchased my modem in mid-March and am still awaiting my $25.00 rebate. After each conversation with call center I am promised the rebate card within 30 days. Most recent explanation, card is in mail, and will take up to 30 days for delivery. USPS guarantees mail within 3-5 business days...this is getting old. I think it is a fraudulent offer. Help?
