Clearlice I purchased a gallon of this product for myself and to have in the home. It didn't work at all. I have used the entire gallon and still have the problem. I have seen a dr. about this now. I called and they didn't offer me a refund. In fact, they didn't seem to care at all. internet Internet

I purchased a gallon of this product for myself and to have in the home. I followed the directions and even now have used the entire gallon. I have had no relief from the lice. I contacted the company and they didn't offer the refund or even ask for the unused portion left. Out of desperation I continued to use it and it doesn't work. I am so disapointed in both the product and the customer service.

I have tried Ridx that doesn't work. The lice is my area is prone to that. I clean the beddings and do everything I am supposed to do. I am 45 and can read and follow directions. This product didn't work and that was the point of my comments

They no longer offer a refund on unused portions as a standard anymore. Go to the pharmacy and get some RIDX!!!!! You know with the little comb. Plus you MUST address the bedding! Otherwise they will come back. Bugbombs are useful as well.
