Welcome to the world of business. I'm not sure how it works in India, but over here when you do not deliver or take action with a problem, the customer usually complains.
I'm sure that you would prefer that customers would not complain when you do not deliver goods as promised, but that is not realistic.

Thats great "Johnny" that you have had suchwonderful experienceswith BIO+ but the fact remains that I did not.
Below is the orignal post that upset them so. Notice the timelimes."An order was placed and paid for on 7/27/2010. Part of the order was deliverd 2mos later on on 9/20/10 and it happened to be the wrong items delivered and admittedly so by Valini.The remaining part of my order was never delivered and on 10/6/10 I was advised that I would be given a refund...to date no refund has ever been received and my attempts to communicate with the company via email have gone ignored.Valini commented that they are not motivated to hurry and send my refund becaue they "thought" that I had said something bad about them( which i had not...YET) but now it is time to let others know that this company has no concern for there customers...their behavior seems almost to border on hatred.How can a company run a business like...why would they want to act with no honor.
As of this writing 12/03/10...the company has remained silent which indictes to me that they plan to operate a dishonest business and I would advise that any who deals with them does so at their on risk.You may or may not have a good experience.These people have no moral compass to guide them to treat people with repsect and as they should want to be treated.Why people behave so badly in business is a mystery when it is so easy to do the right thing.I wonder if this is the way they want people to treat them or their friends and family members...steal their hard earned money, not deliver product and ignore all communication...i just wonder."Young business or old, there is NEVER any excuse for lack of communication or just keeping someones money because you feel hurried or your feelings are hurt. Do the right thing all the time and business will not suffer.
Bottomline, BIO+ still has my money...I have nothing...where is the con in that...if I am a con artist then I am not a very good one.

I have been buying from Jaya since a very long time, i am not saying that there were no problems, but non expected things always occurs in life. there were sometime problems coming from my side, as i was unable to pay them in time, and one time it is right they gave me goods after delay. But they have always been fair to me, and they gave me extra hair for compensation.
After reading this story i think that Carla idea is not to have the matted settle as she was going to an none return action by destroying the image of jaya company in Ripoff.
She starting to do that first and at the same time she is telling jaya threaten her. judge yourself. It is acting like a kid, and i think she is young in business, to do such thing. How can you be harmfull to someone and at same time ask this person to help ?
Without knowing this matter i was contacting jaya and she told me that before making her post she was informing her customer to put down or revert her post. But the customer was telling i put down my post if you refund, she is making jaya's company lose the benefit of new customers.
At present they are delivering me each month from 100 - 300 kg of weft, i am very happy of their Indian hair and my customers only want it as it is biocompatible, free of all chemicals.
Jaya is a very honest and fair in business, do not hesitate to contact BIO+ if you need nice indian hair.
One thing is sure Carla did not do the right thing to have her problem solved.
BIO+ is an honest company, and most of the complaint you can see in internet are not signed, they are facing INTERNET ATTACK from Jealous competitors.
If that Carla is miss guided by someone, better she start thinking and doing positive and she will get positive.

Unfortunately, this post is a vile and juvenile attempt to retaliate to a post I filed against this company on Dec 3, 2010 at (((Redacted))). Their attempt to discredit my company is silly and unfounded and I challenge Jaya to produce any company or person to say otherwise. I, on the other hand, can document my issue with this company which, to date, remains unresolved.If anyone wants more details including email conversations please contact me.
Instead of resolving my issue Jaya told me she wouldmake 100 posts against me.No matterhow many posts she FABRICATES, she has nothing to stand on exceptlies.My original postabout this company still holds true...NO MORALITY nor desire to do good and honest business. She has put more energy into threatening me than in to simply PAYING ME THE MONEY FOR NON DELIVERY OF GOODS. Really, how much time do you need to refundyour customersmoney or even just reply to their emails instead of ignoring them.
JAYA, JUST PAY THE MONEY YOU OWE ME LIKE YOU "PROMISED" (yeah, right) AND PROVE TO US ALL THAT YOU DO NOT STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS.I WOULD ABSOLUTELYLOVEFOR YOU TO PROVE ME WRONG!
