Since I work part time and my boyfriend works full time and we only have one car , I do alot of shopping on the internet. I never had a problem till now !!I saw the ad in the Sunday paper for 3 cook books for a good price ! So I went to clearpoint direct to order them. A couple of days later I get a phone call from QRI to confirm my order with clearpoint direct . As she was confirming my address she also said I was to receive gas coupons as a thank you . Then she went on to say that my credit/debit card would be charged a dollar and the months after that I would be charged $29.00 a month and when I received my cook books I was to call and cancel this or I would be charged monthly for this coupon club or whatever . I said " You know I don't want any of it I don't even want my cook books anymore !" She said that I would have to call clearpoint direct to cancel my order . So after 4 attempts calling 1-888-840-9999 (cause everytime I dialed it it was giving me a real fast busy signal ) I was on hold for 45 min then finally when I got some one I canceled my books and asked " Am I off of the coupon club from QRI ? " I was told that I would have to call QRI and cancel that with them and that QRI is a third party. So i get QRI's customer service number off them which is 1-866-434-6600 and call to cancel the coupon club membership that I never wanted in the first place !! QRI said that when I canceled my cook books from clearpoint that the membership should have been canceled . They also said that they weren't a third party like the clearpoint operator said that they work directly with clearpoint . This is just a bunch of BS all I wanted was some cook books . Not signed up for gas cards and membership to things I don't want . Now I wonder how long it will take them to refund my money and if I see anything taken out for a membership I WILL file a police report .

Ok so they did refund my money . BUT BEWARE If you order anything from them , more than likely you will be signed up for other crap you didn't want . Better off ordering from some place else
